What to do in Japan for 1 month (study/work etc)

Hi guys,

I plan to go to Japan for a month during summer this year. I want to learn Japanese during that period, but it can be expensive as I am from a 3rd world country. What are the options available for me, such as possible work (for 1-2 months only) and japanese language schools with scholarships?
