Can I find a job that doesn't require Japanese in Japan?

This is probably a silly question but I want to know if it's possible to find a job here in Japan without having to be 100% fluent.

Right now I'm living in Japan under a student visa while taking my Master's Degree. I'm also trying to find work before my graduation.

I'm still learning and having a hard time trying to speak conversationally and I'm still learning but I would very much want to stay here in Japan.

I've met some companies that don't require it so much, but I haven't been accepted to most of them as of late.

So I was wondering if anyone could refer to me sites I can check out of Job Fairs I should go to in order to find work?

If you are a native English speaker and you don’t mind teaching English at language schools, I think you can find a job easily.
If you want to get a job related your major, you should ask your supervisor.
I think almost all university lectures have connection with enterprises.
S/he would introduce you to them which means you can have a good reference.

One more thing, you should go to 就職課　 or 就職支援課 something like them at your university.
The department look after students to get jobs.
