good web for all things Japanese (in Japanese and English)?

Hello everyone,
I've gotten good replies on this forum before so trying my luck again.
Do you know of any good forum where issues related to Japan/Japan study/Japan life etc. are being discussed and where one can get good answers? (a truly Japanese forum, i.e. in Japanese only would be perfect - i.e. where Japanese people contribute; but a good source where foreigners debate issues - such as Japan Forum, Jref etc.) would work too. I am looking for a place where people are knowledgable and ideally live in Japan.
