Japanese electronic dictionary?

I recently bought a Canon G70 and love it. I do not recommend it for beginner level students, but for students of intermediate -> advanced level it is great. If you don't understand some of the functions it's a great for honing your translation skills, too. It gets an A in my book.

Anyone has brought the Japanese-English dictionary that JP101 store sells? I'm planning on buying a new Japanese-English dictionary can anyone recommend me one from $250-UP!
