The new JEDict is great

Hey Everyone, I just downloaded the new version of JEDict from http://jedict.com/ and it's great. Sorry Windows people, Mac only. I think the best feature is the web browser. You can view any web site and search all the text just by clicking a word. A big time saver for people who visit Japanese home-pages.

I know these posts are seven years old, but you guys are probably still using JEDict (which IS great).
So, is anyone having trouble with word searches after upgrating to Yosemite? Or, is it just me?

Hey, Geiri - did you figure out a solution to this?! I can't use JEDict on Yosemite, or at least when I do a word search I get no proper results... desperate for a fix!

I am having the same problem. JEDict no longer does anything after the "return" key has been pressed. You can still search kanji which have been entered from the kanji search tab, but nothing directly from the search field.

OSX: version 10.10 MacBook Pro
JEDICT: downloaded/reinstalled binary for 4.9.1, but "about" lists it as 4.8
