I recently came across this app while browsing the Japanese-related apps on iPad [http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/japanese-listening-n4-intermediate/id505839121?mt=8] and I am pretty sure the materials are the same as some of the lower intermediate lessons here because I have also recently reviewed the same lessons.
The app, marked as N4 - Seasson 1 [sic], is sold by someone called Nguyen Duy Yu and costs a whooping $23.99. The guy also offers some other apps, a couple of them free but all look like lessons from Japanesepod101.
So is this app real in the sense that the company sold the rights to him for re-sale (even though Japanesepod has its own apps that cost less) or he just took them without asking?
