How do all of you practice speaking? I was thinking about finding a Skype partner, but I'm not entirely sure where to start. Thanks in advance for your help!

Check out the Mixxer. Try making a profile with some Japanese, and you're probably be contacted quite quickly. You can search for people yourself as well, of course. That's where I made all my Skype friends, and Skype is where I get all my speaking practice. Definitely give it a go.
