Understanding questions.

I.m having a big trouble in learning for N5. I know pretty good voculabulary, grammar is okay, at listening I hope it will be good, but I.m having a probem at understanding the questions of exercise, I mean, I don.t know what they are questioning and demanding me. Does anybody has a translation of the explication below? Onegaii shimasu?

It might help of you posted a couple of the problematic questions, preferably in hiragana (or kanji?) if you can manage that.
