Lerning centre question L4 - 読解・どっかい・Reading

Hi

I keep getting the answer wrong to the L4 - 読解・どっかい・Reading #3 test on the Japanesepod101 learning centre self study site.

I think its left then right but your answer says right then left.

Can you explain why I am getting it wrong?
