合意 (gōi: agreement, consent, mutual understanding)

基本合意 (kihon-gōi: basic agreement)
base + basis + to agree + mindThe first two kanji, 基本 (kihon), form a word meaning “basis.”
Interestingly, all these words are about getting along with others, which restores balance to life. They look balanced, and they are about balance. How satisfying is that?!
