Sample Sentence with 旨味 as “Appealing Aspect”

Figuratively, 旨味 (umami: delicious + flavor) means an “appealing aspect” of a business, which is to say a tasty business proposition. A sample sentence:

その商売はあまり旨味のある商売のようには思えないよ。
Sono shōbai wa amari umami no aru shōbai no yōni wa omoenai yo.
That business doesn’t sound like an appealing one to me.

商売 (shōbai: business)     trade + to sell
(omo(u): to think)
