残念ながら (zannen nagara: I’m sorry to say; unfortunately)
     to remain + thoughts
今回 (konkai: this time)     this + time
ご希望に沿う (go-kibō ni sou: to meet someone’s requirements,
     meet expectations; go along with what somebody wants)
          hope + hope + along

The ご- is an honorific prefix.
