New Show Idea

I don't know what category this would fall under...maybe intermediate...but I would really like to see a series of shows on dialects like Osakaben etc. I know a bit already but it would be nice to see some formal lesson material. Maybe even get some guests in from other parts of Japan to introduce hyougen particular to their part of the country.

To get the lesson material started here are some interesting vocab you might want to introduce and explain:

akanakan

bochibochi

hen as a replacement for nai eg.... wakarahen

Maybe even a lesson on yakuzago.

I think this would be really interesting. I remember seeing a site one Yakuza language somewhere before...
