Hello, I am trying to check my sentence structure and grammar.
Is this correct?

Watakushi ga mise o iku.

You probably mean "mise ni iku", go to a store.

Maybe it would be more natural to say

Watashi *ha* mise *ni* iku,

ga can be used in this sentence if you are emphasizing the fact that you are going.

*ni* is used here instead of *o* because ni means "to". o is an object marker.
