Turning a negative into a positive

I'm sure it happens to you, too. You get a song stuck in your head, but you hate the song~! It'll just keep rewinding the same phrase over and over in your head and it just never ends!

It's not really a solution to the problem, but I thought "'ey, I hate this song, but why don't I translate it (or at least the phrase) and use it for practice?"
'cause that way, you can still have fun with it, right?

I hope I'm right about this one, but I'm far from being a 日本語 guru, so here goes. See if you can figure out the song, if you're up for it!

Kanji:
