The Japanese - English translation topic

Hello again everyone,

Recently i thought up a new idea.
Everyday I (and everyone else is invited to join me) will post a random English sentence(s) that I just happened to read while surfing the web as usual, and I'll try to translate those sentences to Japanese.

I just thought that personally all the Japanese that I get to read or hear is automatically translated for me, if it's a movie then I use subs (or they just there to begin with, and because I really need them)

And i think translating from Japanese to English is just easier than English to Japanese.

So anyone will post his English sentences, then his Japanese translation in a new line, and those who find a mistake will quote him/her and tell us what the mistakes are, and thus we will all improve our Japanese.

OK so for my first one it's the following sentence:

English:

1. "Disable BBCode in this post"

Japanese translation:

1. "この　ポスット　に　ビビコード　を　使用禁止する"

Wow that took a while to type with the IME (not romaji style, normal J-keyboard style)
Might want to use normal Romaji in the future

This one might be too easy but it's a start.

OK for today's sentence.

English:

"Facebook helps you connect and share with the people in your life."

Japanese Translation:

"ひとたちをきょうゆうするとコネクトがフェイスブックはてつだえできる"

I wonder if the particles are correct...(?)
I have doubts about the "wo" and "ga" particles here.

Anyone can clarify this please?

this part doesn't looks like it fits
"叩きまくっているんだ"

are you sure it's translated into "hitting" ?
Rikaichan doesn't mention anything of the sort.

"tataki" seems to be "to mince"
and "makutteiru" is "to turn up"(?)

English:

"Images are not displayed."

Japanese Translation:

"イメジは見栄えません”

my question on this one is, does the 見栄え uses "-Masen" or "-Shimasen" endings in this context?

hello again everyone,

today i'll try to translate a sentence from a song, from Japanese to English (for a change).
Please correct me on my translation:

Japanese:
"始まった恋の様に、輝く明日を見る”

English:
i have two options here:

1. "Like a first love , look to the bright tomorrow" (which is kinda strange in meaning or logic)

2. "It's like the beginning of love, I look for the bright tomorrow." (which again has some logic problems but it might be better than option 1.)

what do think?

so today i have this question:

whats the difference between these two words:

如く　　（ごとく）

如し　　（ごとし）


it's just that recently i heard them in an anime, in these contexts:

"早きこと、風の如く”

and

"動かざる（うごかざる）こと、山の如し”　　

so, why once it's "如く" and the other time it's "如し" ?
