The convention for 'Wolf' is usually ウルフ without the ォ, I think.

Either is correct but you're quite right about the convention. I should have checked before I wrote my response earlier.

And yes, those are Star Trek action figures:

ウォーフ大尉(たいい) (Captain Worf)
(Commander Riker)

I particularly like RIker's hairdo.

My name is Hailey Fox. So. . . I have the ヘイリー part right BUT I'm not sure how you'd both say and write Fox.
I'm going to take a horrible guess with...

Hi I am writing from India and would like to know how my name would be pronounced and written in Japanese. Ofcourse my name is different from the usual English names, but here goes. My full name is:

Aditya Krishna Haas Rayaprolu

It is pronounced in English as:

aa-di-tya kree-shh-na haa-s

So could you please give me the Japanese equivalent please? Thank you!

I'd go with シリース・ジョーンズ (shiriisu joonzu)

Namaste. :D Maybe it would go something like this: アーディーティヤ・クリーシナ・ハース・ラヤプロール (aadiitiya kuriishina haasu rayapurooru)

I'm not sure because I don't know how your name sounds.
