If I might offer a more recognized conversion of the name:
イーサン・ジョン・スチュワート

Which is romanized: iisan jon suchuwaato

デビッド・ストレーフェル (debiddo sutoreeferu), perhaps? There are a few ways you can write 'David' (and I assumed that Streifel was pronounced like 'stray-fell').

Thanks, but it's pronounced Str-eye-fell. What would change?
