ok i'm in the process of learning kana so here i go.

はじめまして。ジャクです。わたしはかっこくておもしろいい。

はじめまして。ジャクです。わたしはかっこくておもしろいい。

Two mistakes and a cultural note. かっこいい (or かっこういい) doesn't work like a regular i-adjective because that いい is actually the いい meaning "good." Thus, the て form becomes かっこよくて/かっこうよくて. Secondly, おもしろい only has one い. As for the cultural note, you switch politeness modes (です in the first sentence, plain form elsewhere), and proceed to compliment yourself. While there's nothing grammatically wrong with this, it doesn't make for a smooth introduction to Japanese people.

Sure, that's one way. Another might be わたしは　にほんごを　べんきょう　しています, though yours I haven't heard so much so it might surprise people. The sky's the limit, so be creative.

初心者もここでの練習を見るのはすばらしいですね。I love to see beginners practicing here!

It did feel weird just complementing myself like that, but i wanted to practice forming sentances and typing so i used the vocab i had.
