How long does it take to get a refund

Hi JapanesePod101 team,

I missunderstood your price for premium account and have contact you to get a refund for that. How long does it normally take to get a refund and when the refund is made, will I receive a notice from you guys.

I am very much gratefull when got replied within half an hour and hope that I will also get support soon for this question.
