Study buddy sub-section

I've noticed a lot of people are looking for other people to study with, but all the posts are scattered throughout the Practice Japanese section.
I suggest making a sub-section in practice Japanese called "Study buddies" for people to get connected and help each other.

I actually noticed that there are some forums where people are posting the similar thing (looking for
study buddy), and I'm trying to suggest the new persons to look for some forums.
