Has anyone been able to speak to live customer representatives about concerns with their account in JP101?
I send emails but I only get selective responses with no help. Why is it so hard to get in touch with somebody?
I'm at my last ropes so I posted here. I couldn't find any other place to write this. I would really like to speak with someone over the phone concerning my account, JP101.
I've been a premium subscriber for 3 years now, and just need some personal live Customer Care Support???
