My PDF's won't download

So, I have been using the site for a couple days now, and on my phone and other computers, I have not been able to download any of the PDF lesson notes or transcripts from each video lesson. I have used it in multiple computers so I'm wondering is this is a site problem? When I click "lesson notes" or anything in the download drop down menu, it just takes me back to my dashboard.

Could you check if you have a free lifetime account? Those who have the free lifetime account can access only up to lesson 3 for free. If you have basic or premium membership, please let me know which error message you see on the screen. It’d be great if you could send us an email at so that we can take a look at the issue closely.
