ACCOUNT DISABLED?!

I'd recently subscribed to Japanese Pod 101's 1 month prenium membership but once i subscribed, the account was DISABLED immediately. does this happen all the time?! i tried emailing them but nobody replied. i emailed twice.

I'M SO PISSED!

I am sorry that you are experiencing problems. I have no information personally as to how/why your account was disabled but I have notified the relevant people and hopefully your issue will be resolved soon.

okay, im just really pissed because nobody replied me at all after two days and i actually paid for it. anyway, i just want to inform you that i don't want my membership auto renewed as well (since i have no access it anyway and i cant even go into my account to change the option!).

My account was also disabled. It was disabled on one account so I had to make another yesterday and today it says it's also been disabled.
