Short film in Tokyo

Hi, My name is Carlos, I´m Spanish and live here in Spain. I´m 28 years old and I´m fan of the cinema. I have filmed 3 amateur short films and now i would like to make other one but I need help.
The story develops in Tokyo and I need people who likes cinema and wants to help me. Im looking for a group of 4 persons (boys or girls) with video camera (HDV or MiniDV) for recording scenes in Tokyo (streets, buildings, underground...)
