Hey there everyone,
I'm heading back to Tokyo in a little over a month for vacation and was looking for some Izakaya recommendations in the Tokyo area (though preference would be given to places in/around Shinjuku). I frequent Izakayas here in NYC all the time (there are dozens) but in japan, I've only been to chains like Watami and Tengu. I'm really hoping to correct that on this trip, any ideas?
