Google+ communities are now here

Google+ has now added communities so people with have like topics they can join. The above link is for the Japanese learners community. There are over 1600 members now, and are trying to get a regular hangout going. The hope is either to have a 24 hour hangout with people coming and going from each time zone, or at least get a few people who'll host a hangout on a regular basis. Up to 8 people can video chat at one time.
