English to Japanese translation help request

I was wondering how you would say something like the following sentence in Japanese:

"I am so hungry I could die!"

I thought there had been a podcast about such a statement, but couldn't find it during my initial.

Any help would be appreciated.

ほど(程) shows 'extent'
AほどB = to the extent of A, it is B = It's so B it's A.
死ぬほど腹減った = to the extent of 死ぬ, 腹減った = I'm so 腹減った I 死ぬ

The podcast is Beginner S3, #13 (A not so regular restaurant #3). I know you asked this last year, but I just wanted to satisfy your curiosity. I'm sorry I don't know enough yet to tell you all this in Japanese.
