Learning kanji with a music game

Hi! I'm making an iOS rhythm music game for learning the kanji of the Japanese language. The game is called "Beat the Kanji". It combines the fun of playing a traditional music rhythm game with the educational value of exposure to kanji through Japanese song lyrics.

I'm hoping to make a fun and motivational way for everyone to learn Japanese kanji, from beginner through advanced. It's currently running as a Kickstarter project. You can find more information and videos of it on the project page:
