Anyone here use Mnemosyne to study Japanese? Anki and Mnemosyne seem to be the two most popular spaced repetition flashcard programs...
I'm a Mnemosyne user myself and I wanted to get the word out that there's an app called iSRS that's compatible with your Mnemosyne databases. It's free too and it includes a Kanji database with over 3000 kanji/english keyword cards (it's based on Heisig's Remembering The Kanji Vol I and III) as well as a Kana database! There are also two paid versions of this app with more features for iPhone/iPod touch and iPad.
Search for iSRS in iTunes and check it out. I highly recommended it!
I also recommend checking out the blog All Japanese All The Time (www.alljapaneseallthetime.com) for those looking for some effective techniques in learning Japanese.
