The Pocket Kenkyusha Japanese Dictionary, published by Oxford University Press, is a Japanese-English and English-Japanese dictionary that marks pitch accent. Pitch accent is only marked for main entries (i.e. not for verb/adjective conjugations), and it only has 45000 words, but it should be sufficient at the intermediate level.
