Step 4: After the feed is refreshed, you should be able to see the most recent podcast in the list of episodes. To add previous episodes to this list, click the "Old Episodes" button in the upper right corner of iTunes.

iTunes

Step 5: When the "Old Episode" button is selected, it will open a new window with a complete list of all the episodes released in the Basic/Premium feed. Select individual episodes you would like to add by clicking on the circle next to each episode, or click the "Add All" button in the upper right to add all published episodes to your iTunes. If your computer is always connected to the Internet you can stop here and enjoy the seamless delivery of all our video and audio lesson materials straight to iTunes. If you would like to download all episodes for offline access or to add them to your mp3 player, continue on to Step 6.

Step 6: You should now have the ability to stream any of the episodes in your podcast feed. This means they are still only accessible while connected to the Internet. To make the lessons available offline, change the podcast view option to "List".

Step 7: Once the view has changed, you should now have a view of all of your podcasts in a list format. Click the arrow next to the Basic/Premium feed to expand the list and view all episodes.

iTunes

Step 8: Once the list is expanded, click the image of the cloud with an arrow in it that is in line with the individual episodes. This will download that individual episode for offline access. If you would like to download the whole feed, click the cloud that is on the same line as the feed title.

Step 2: If this is your first time adding a feed directly to the podcast you will be prompted with 3 different dialogs:

  1. "Subscribe to Podcast" - This is a confirmation dialog that you would like to register to the Basic/Premium feed.
  2. "Sync Podcast" - This will automatically sync your podcast and podcast collection on all devices registered to your iCloud account that have access to it.
  3. "Turn On Auto-Downloads" - This will automatically download newly released episodes. (Note: this option has no effect on previously released episodes.)

Be sure to select "Subscribe" on the "Subscribe to Podcast?" dialog box, but for the "Sync Podcast" & "Turn on Auto-Downloads" prompts, feel free to select whichever option best fits your personal preference.

iTunes

Step 3: The feed will be added to the Podcast app (this may take a few minutes). Select the new feed by tapping the podcast image. This will open a new window inside the Podcast app that lists all of the episodes that have been downloaded for offline access.

iTunes

Step 4: To make more episodes available for offline access, scroll down to the bottom of this window and select "Add Old Episodes", which will open another window in the podcast app. Scroll through the list and mark the episodes you would like to add to your offline availability, by tapping the circle radial button to the right of each episode. Once you have selected all the episodes you would like to add, tap the "Add" button at the top of this window, and the episodes will begin downloading.
