Logging on

Postby JohnCBriggs » December 1st, 2006 1:15 pm

Note that if you log onto the website, it will put the answers into the tests. Otherwise you just get the questions.
Also note that the transcripts for the listening questions are embedded in the webpage.

On a separate note, this is the most usefully grammar book for Level 3 and 4.

but I guess it is too late for this year.
Good luck all.

yup, nice site but - as Belton pointed out  it has a point system for downloads of the responses.
But it's the only site I found with good quality audio files, I actually understand stuff in there...

ah yes, it's in the JLPT4, anyone -thread

Good quality, but

Postby JohnCBriggs » December 1st, 2006 6:10 pm

Yes the JLPT.info site has some pretty good quality.

Personally, I purchased the 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 books off of ebay at a good price.

These are excellent. They come with a CD, transcript, answers, and a lot of statistical information about the test.

Thanks

I can't figure out how to register for the jlpt.info site. How does one who is hardly familiar with Japanese, navigate this site? I mean, how could someone who's looking for help on JLPT 4 find what they're looking for?

Does anybody have a Level 4 test that they could e-mail me from this site? I signed up, but the points system is **** ridiculous. You're supposed to get one when you sign up, and I made three posts, and still have 0 points - it's tough enough navigating the site as it is without windups like this! Anyway, 頼みます! :D

I do have a few test transcripts that I procured online some time ago. The introductions were in Mandarin but the tests themselves, of course, were fully in Japanese. I know I have grades 1 and 2, but I don't remember about 3 and 4. The files are hiding on a backup drive of mine somewhere... I'll take a look around a bit later. If I should find anything, I'll PM you.
