"Tsukare" is a noun here, right? So "isogashiku" should be "isogashii". Why isn't it?

Why is this passive?

Here's the rest of the paragraph in case you need more context:

It could be the stem of 疲れる (tsukereru): isogashiku tsukaremasu seems plausible. I don't know no yousu though, so I don't know if that would explain the structure.

Why is this passive?

I think it's potential rather than passive: something like "if you were able to rest a little", only in the past tense (except that here I think it means that narareru is in a completed state, not in the past).

Yes, 疲れ is a noun.
疲れた様子 is same as お疲れの様子.
お疲れの様子 sounds more formal.

忙しくis from　忙しくて.
Native Japanese people often use this structure because it sounds more sophisticated.
Other example is 美しく荘厳な舞（beautiful and solemn dance）which is same as 美しくて荘厳な舞.

Unfortunately, it’s not passive form.
なられた is from　なられる which is an honorific verb.
なられる is more polite than なります.
Low politeness level　なる - なります　- なられる high politeness level 　
I am not sure about whether andycarmenjapanese8100 san has learnt honorific expressions…
One of respectful sentence structures is お＋verb stem + になる which means “do the verb.”

Oh yeah, I forgot about the passive honourific thing. That explains it.

When an i-adjective is in it's te-form the "te" is sometimes dropped leaving a "ku" on the end? And this happens when people want to sound sophisticated? That one is new to me. I'll try to remember it.
