There is a distinct lack of apps that focus on telling time. It's not hard to learn but it's very important. This small app I made has both Hours and Minutes. Also included is a test mode which gives the user 12 random questions to answer. Everything is fully voiced. This app requires that you have a windows vista or newer operating system and that you have .Net 3.0 or higher. It's not very polished so don't expect it to run flawlessly. Audio for this program is from the JapanesePod101 website.
