暖かい vs. 温かい

Hello,
Could you please explain what is difference beetween those words? As i see 暖かい can be use only with connection to weater (米は暖かい気候のところで育つ) and 温かい is for warm as general(example: 彼女は心の温かい人です or 温かいスープが飲みたい)?

温かい is used to things you can touch or you can feel in your heart.

暖かい is used to weathers.
