Word of the Day

Dear Support,

I subscribed to Word of the Day emails for my daily bit of Japanese learning (don't have much time atm).

A little while ago I removed myself from the mailing list to stop getting the emails that aren't Word of the Day.
Then I went into my account and checked if "Word of the Day Alerts" was checked in email settings.
Yet, after that, I stopped receiving any emails, including Word of the Day.
I then tried unchecking the option Word of the Day Alerts, saving profile, rechecking, saving profile.
Still haven't received any emails since.

How can I make it so I receive Word of the Day emails again and only those?

Hello, I have the same problem. I unsubscribed from other emails but am not receiving the Word of the Day emails even though the checkbox is checked in my profile. I'm also concerned I'm going to miss out on the Inner Circle newsletter I signed up for.

Can you please confirm that my email address is on bothe WOTD and Inner Circle lists?
