I know, it would be great if you can learn the language without paying any penny. But getting a Japanese girlfriend or boyfriend who teach you Japanese isn't a choice for everyone, I know.

Then, what do you do...? Watch anime? well, that's a good start, but without interacting and having conversation, your language skill won't jump up.

I know a couple licensed Japanese teacher who would give you 50 min. private lesson for $6-$10 just because they would like to get more experience. They will keep you busy doing review, prep, so 50 min. lesson will worth much more than 50 min. lesson.
