I think the first character means "build" and the second means "aspiration" or "ambition". I don't know how you'd translate it, though; it might be someone who builds aspiration or it might be someone who aspires to build...

kielmacdonald5536-san, マイケルsan, kon'nichiwa. マイケルsan is right; the first kanji stands for "to build". It can have meanings and/or connotations of firm foundation, construction, settling etc. And the second kanji represents the determination or ambition, aiming at certain achievement.
