Where they speak Japanese and have subtitles in Japanese and you can mostly understand what's going on without words or with only words of about a low intermediate Japanese level.
Then you can try to compare the Japanese with images.
にょういん that I mentioned on another thread in Japanese Food & Entertainment could have been like that but I sure the Japanese subtitles do not match the spoken Japanese.
I saw a movie called TanPoPo about a Ramanya that becomes a big restaurant at a Japanese lesson which could have fit the bill but they had it on Video Tape.
