Cannot access the flashcards

Hi there!
I can not access the flashcards section on my Mac, my iPhone and iPad currently. On all devices I only get a "spinning wheel" and can not access the cards. Please fix, because I do not want to break my learning schedule.

Same here!
It's quite early in Tokyo (assuming the tech team is over there), but please let us know whenever you start addressing this issue. I was planning to study today and I would like to stick to my schedule.

Thanks for letting us know - I reported it immediately and the tech team has it fixed already. They are adding some code to prevent this from happening again.

Hi bkennett,
The flashcards should be loading now, please let me know if they aren't for you (you can also try deleteing the cookiea and cache for JPOD from your browser). Can you let me know what you mean by plus button?
