The front cover of an・an magazine #1806 has this phrase: 手猫きシール. I know that シール means 'seal' or, in this case, more likely 'sticker'. But I have no idea what 手猫き means, and neither, apparently, do any of the online dictionaries I've tried. Can anyone explain?
For context, see the image below. The phrase is to the right of Kyary and just below the green rabbit.
