My Word Bank

Postby kerrywallace2345 » December 31st, 2010 4:39 am

Have noticed that My Word Bank is showing incorrect translations.
For example I have copied the following from the bank and as you can see it is incorrect.
I have tried deleting and then adding the words again but the same thing occurs.
There are a number of errors like this and of course while you are still a beginner it is necessary to be able to trust that this basic information is correct.
Taking that into account I would appreciate if you could suggest how I can overcome the problem
Rgds Kerry

Hi Kerry,
Thanks for letting us know about this issue. This appears to be a fairly isolated problem. Nevertheless, we are looking into the root source and should have a fix shortly. Do you happen to have a few more examples in addition to the ones below. Thanks for your feedback and continued support.

Hello again,
We identified the root source of the issue with the two examples provided and fixed it. If you refresh your My Word Bank, you will now see the correct Romaji for both words. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any further questions or come across similar issues.
