Getting Started DVD Package

Postby DianaF » July 29th, 2009 4:30 am

I have two questions I am hoping someone can provide answers for.

1) I was wondering if anyone can tell me what levels (and seasons) are included in the "Getting Started with Japanese" dvd package. From what level to what level? I am considering purchasing it but would like more information.

2) I sent an email a few weeks ago to both email addresses I had asking the above question, but no one has answered. The addresses I used were:

Are these the current email addresses we should use?

Hoping someone can help.

Thanks

Diana

so far i believe you have the correct email adresses,
cannot really say about the content as i ordered them myself just this weekend.

as a side question on this package, how long is the estimated delivery time?

i would like to know the exact content too to be honest, though if i like what the asnwer is or not, i bought them already so wouldn't realy change a thing in my case.

if this does not cet answered before i recieve my package, ill take a look and post the number of lessons here. (that is if i am allowed to spill info on the content of the dvds)?

Hi Diana and saelfaer,

I'll break down the contents for you without the marketing in it

The CD's include:

225 Audio lessons (Beginner Season 1 + Newbie Season 1)
w/ All available PDF's (Kanji CloseUps and Lesson Notes)
10 Picture Videos for Vocabulary practice
Printable Kana Practice Sheets
Reference Materials about the Writing System

1 Quick note is that the serious_student@ address is mainly used for shipping confirmations and so the quickest way to get an answer is via the address.

Sorry for the delay in answering your replies. We get flooded with Japanese questions
