"Now that I know that" / と分かって、こと

Hello, and nice to meet all of you. This is my first post on this Forum.

I'm having trouble expressing "now that I know that" in Japanese. I think I should use something like the following:

VERB/ADJ + と分かって
VERB/ADJ + ことが分かって
VERB/ADJ + と分かっているから
VERB/ADJ + ことを知っている
(with 今 somewhere in the sentence)

...but somehow always have trouble with the formation. I also hesitate between 知る and 分かる.

Here are examples of what I want to say:
a) Now that I know that you come here every Saturday, I will come too.
b) Now that I know that the Harry Potter books are this good, I will read all of them.
c) Now that I know where you live, I will drop by sometimes.

My translation attempts:
a) 毎週土曜日あなたがここに来ていると今分かって、私も来る。
a) 毎週土曜日あなたがここに来ていることが今分かって、私も来る。
b) ハリーポッターの本がそんなにいいと分かっているから、すべて読みます。
b) ハリーポッターの本がそんなにいいことを知って、すべて読みます。
c) あなたがどこに住んでいるか今私が分かって、時々立ち寄るよ。
c) あなたがどこに住んでいるか私今知っているから、時々立ち寄るよ。

What's the best way of translating these? What's the difference between using と and ことが? What's the difference between 知る and 分かる in this context?

　あなたが住んでいると知ったからには、時々立ち寄るよ。
　あなたが住んでいると知った今、時々立ち寄るよ。

　～とわかったので／～と知ったので are more natural.
　とわかったからには／と知ったからには are more offensive or express strong will.
　とわかった今／と知った今 are somehting regretable

　I think ～ので is more natural in these translations.


Examples for からには
　Now that I know you cheated on me, I never ever forgive you.
　あなたの浮気を知ったからには、絶対に許さない。

　Now that I am in Japan, I will speak Japanese at all times.
　日本にいるからには、いつも日本語を話すつもりだ。

I think these are almost the same in English.
1) Now that I know that you come here every Saturday, I will come too.
2) Now that I know the fact that you come here every Saturday, I will come too.
So the difference between と and ことが is like this.
1) あなたがここに毎週土曜日に来るとわかったので、私も来ます。
2) あなたがここに毎週土曜日に来ることがわかったので、私も来ます。



知る and 分かる are almost the same in these sentences.

鈴木さんが日本語の先生だと分かったので、これから鈴木さんに質問します。

If the clause ends with a noun (鈴木さんが日本語の先生）, like in the above sentence, do I need だ before 分かったので ? Is it grammatically correct, but optional in conversation?

Both sentences are correct in both written and spoken Japanese.
I cant figure out the difference between these two sentences though.

In addition to those sentences, you can say "～の先生って分かったので、～" in casual conversation.
