Credit card problem.

Hi, I'm trying to sign up for a basic account, but the site won't accept my credit card. I called my bank, and they said the problem was on your end, not theirs. I send an email the 'contact us' address, but I haven't had an answer yet.

Any ideas?

When did you email the contactus address? It sometimes takes a few days before they are able to respond. If it has been a long time either trying emailing again or reply here and I'll look into getting you an answer. Thanks!
