Trip to Japan travel packages recommendations

My sister and I want to go to Japan for about 14 days. We live in Florida so I know flight prices will be more. I want to keep it to about 4000 a person. I want the package affairs with the hotel, tour guide and food, you know, all included. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any sites. I have found Japan Deluxe tour and Pacific delight but I was wondering what else was out there. THANKS!!!!
