account disabled after payment of subscription fee?

hi! i just signed up for a basic subscription and had made payment of USD8. However, after the payment, i tried to sign in to start on lessons, but everytime i try to click on something, the message "your account has been disabled, contact site webmaster" comes up!!

so after paying, my account gets disabled??! I don't understand what's going on here! Pleaseeee help me!!

hi! thanks for your prompt reply here. actually, i had already emailed them with my problem, but they have yet to get back to me..

i really hope this problem can be solved a.s.a.p! i had no problem accessing anything before during the trial period, but the moment payment was made, i can't access anything!! i really can't help but feel cheated
