Is ご主人 still used in Japan today?

I am wondering if the word　ご主人 is still commonly used by wives to describe their husbands in Japan today. If I were a woman, I certainly wouldn't want to be calling my husband as my master or lord. Or have I got the connotations all wrong?

Wives wouldn't say ご主人. which carries the meaning of "your husband" rather than "my husband".
They would say 主人　or 夫、or 旦那
no さん、or ご

My wife refers to me as 主人、others usually referred to me as 旦那さん。
In my wedding vow I referred to myself as 夫. I think 夫 is used in documents.
Pretty much all meaning husband, person to whom you are married, without any specific nuance bar the politeness aspect of san etc.

I'm sure there's also something which means "guy who sits on the couch drinking beer and watching TV"
