Introduction and question XD

Hi all, i'm a italian guy 20 years old and this is my first post よろしくお願いします。私は英語があまり上手じゃありませんが。。。　but thanks to japanesepod i'm improving my skill both english and Japanese of course XDD, 日本語が大好きですよ。　わたしのしゅみはまんがやサッカ。それにちんどうぐが好きです。XD

jaa i have a little question for my forum's senpai, sorry for my english i'll try to write more clearly i can.
and here we have the question.

in the frase like this:

あの店は安いから、お客さんがよく入る。
if i have good understand, the plain form + から　is used for esplain the situation and the reason , can i also use the polite form before から ?　
like this:
あの店に安いですから、お客さんかよく入る。
i wonder if this frase is grammatical correct, thx for all.

また今度じゃね！　XD

To answer your question, yes - you can use the polite form before から, but in that case you should make the rest of your sentence polite too:

「あの店は安いですから、お客さんがよく入ります。」

I also changed the に after 店 to は。
